Today, that home is on the market for a cool $.3 million, but it's pricey status hardly tells the place's full story. The 4,984 square foot home was owned by horror actor Boris Karloff in the '30s and '40s, and it is allegedly where Hepburn carried out an illicit affair with her agent Leland Hayward, according to Today .
