Well, where the heck do we sign? And this home is completely real: Nestled between the East Village and Union Square in Manhattan, and a certain penthouse apartment features an adorable tiny-house lookalike on the roof.  According to Curbed , the cottage-like exterior makes up the top floor of the unit at 203 East 13th Street , and in a city where cottages are generally unheard of, it's no surprise the home didn't last long on the market. Just 19 days after the three-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-terrace abode was listed for $.4 million, it has entered into contract.  We're sorry that it can no longer be yours, but the pictures of the breathtaking space certainly inspire.
